Since 1895, the Ferman organization has been giving back to the community it serves through a significant investment of volunteer resources and charitable giving. Ferman Mazda of Brandon continues to embrace this long standing tradition of making a difference in the communities where live and conduct business through the provision of resources to large non-profit organizations as well as localized neighborhood efforts. Some of the charities and non-profit organizations we are proud to support include: United Way, Red Cross, Boys & Girls Clubs, Metropolitan Ministries, local Little League teams and community hospital foundations.

Your donations make sure that everyone has the opportunity for a Christmas meal and a toy under the tree.

For the 13th year running, Ferman Automotive is the Official Automotive Sponsor of the 2018 Gasparilla Distance Classic.
For this year’s events, Ferman Mazda-Brandon showcased a show-stopping Mazda CX-5 (pictured below), Mazda CX-9 and Mazda3. Visitors to the Ferman booths at Jr. Gasparilla Distance Classic and Gasparilla Health and Fitness Expo got to check out these luxurious vehicles and enjoy complimentary giveaway items.
The Gasparilla Distance Classic has become one of the premier races in the country, but more than just an event for runners, the Gasparilla Distance Classic is also a positive community event. The race is a charity fundraiser, helping distinguished organizations like Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, Metropolitan Ministries and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Local high school and university athletic programs have also benefited from the Gasparilla Distance Classic’s generosity, such as Plant High School and the University of Tampa.
During the Gasparilla Health and Fitness Expo, visitors to the Ferman booth registered to win great prizes, including tickets to the 2018 Gasparilla Music Festival.This year’s lucky winner was Allyson from Tampa who got to attend this fun, local event with three of her friends.

Local members of the American Red Cross, take delivery of their 2015 Mazda CX-9.
In January 2015, Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) announced that it would donate nearly $5 million to select charities as a result of its annual Drive for Good initiative*. Through this program, the local chapter of the American Red Cross was able to purchase this Mazda from Ferman Mazda Of Brandon.
In addition to the MNAO initiative, Mazda employees and dealers across the nation also will donate more than 66,000 charitable service hours through various local charitable service opportunities. Mazda’s Drive for Good event ran from November 21, 2014 through January 2, 2015. For every new Mazda vehicle purchased during this time period, Mazda donated $150 to one of four national ,or 44 local, charities, with the choice of the charity being left up to the buyer*.
Nationally, Mazda worked with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, American Red Cross, American Heart Association and Mazda Foundation*.
